How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to all of Italy
What are the payment methods?
We have different payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal (recommended because we believe it to be the safest method), cash on delivery (with an additional cost of € 5 on the cost of the product) and we have recently added Klarna which gives the possibility to make purchases and pay them in 3 convenient installments.
How long will my order be processed?
Attention : for payments made by bank transfer, the shipment of the goods will take place only once we have confirmation of credit on our current account. We therefore suggest that you send the payment receipt with CRO number via email to boutiquemoomo@gmail.com to speed up shipping times.
The times depend on the carrier and the final geographical area. For deliveries in Italy the average transport times are 24-48 hours, 3-5 days in the case of the Islands. For EU destinations, delivery takes from 1 to 3 days. For shipments to EXTRA EU countries (Transatlantic shipment), on the other hand, the time required varies between 1 and 5 days. Once the goods are entrusted to the carrier, Boutique Moomò is not responsible for delays in delivery.
Of course, at the time of purchase just send us an email to boutiquemoomo@gmail.com and tell us the address to which you want to send the package. The tax documentation will be sent to your address or by e-mail, while the goods will be delivered to the recipient with only the transport documents.
If, upon delivery, you find damage to the packaging (destroyed, opened or wet package), before signing the receipt, immediately check the integrity of the goods and formally contest the problem with the courier. If the goods inside are damaged or missing, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
What materials are your items made of?
In our items are made of genuine leather made in Italy. If made in different materials they are reported in special collections, see the Ecopelle collection.
How are my sensitive data managed?
They will be released only to the service for the delivery of the purchased item. Your data are kept for a maximum of 4 years in case of disputes in protected servers, they will not be disclosed to third parties.
Are my purchases protected?
Your purchases are protected thanks to SSL3 security protocols: an advanced data encryption system that protects the 'user and his online transactions preventing their interpretation, reading or decoding by malicious third parties.
